After 2 and a half years of minimal activity, a conversation between us began with the line “Hey, we should get another DTHWBBA set together”. There was no real incentive or reason to, no gigs planned, no plans to record, but around 8 songs were written quite quickly and were rehearsed weekly. We found the process effortless and enjoyable as well as really digging these new tunes. Thus, we decided to record them and Generation Daybreak was born with 4 of our favourite tracks making up this EP. We’d like to thank bands such as Human League, Futurisk, Simple Minds, John Foxx, Visage, Duran Duran, the Cure, Gary Numan, ABC, Hall & Oates, the Cars and Eurythmics for once again inspiring our work. We’d also like to thank Roland for inventing the Juno 60 and Casio for inventing the CT-401. We hope anyone who visits our quaint little page enjoys this latest release and thank you for listening.
